Refund Policy - the basics

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which purchases made through this website, including books, event tickets, and VIP experiences related to One More Drink (Vol. 1), may be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.

By making a purchase on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Book Purchases (physical copies)

All physical book sales are considered final sale.

 

However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

    •    The item arrives damaged

    •    The wrong item was received

    •    The item is lost in transit

 

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Photo proof (if applicable)

 

Approved requests may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Digital Products (eBooks, downloads)

All digital purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once access or download has been provided, refunds cannot be issued. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Event Tickets (General admission & Preferred)

All ticket sales are non-refundable.

 

However:

    •    Tickets may be transferred to another person

    •    If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund

    •    If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date

VIP Experiences & Special Packages

VIP tickets and exclusive experiences are final sale and non-refundable.

 

These packages involve limited availability and special accommodations, including:

    •    Meet & greet

    •    Front row seating

    •    Signed merchandise

    •    Gift bags

In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel an event or are unable to fulfill your order:

    •    You will receive a full refund

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless:

    •    A product is defective

    •    An incorrect item was shipped

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
